Chalone Wine Dinner
Join the Old Village Post House for the Chalone Wine Dinner at 6:30 p.m. Aug. 8. Chef Executive Chef Frank Lee and Chef de Cuisine Forrest Parker prepare the four-course menu with wine pairings from Wine and Beverage Director Patrick Emerson. With Smoked & Seared Pacific Salmon, Herb Crusted Northern Bluefish and Grilled Lamb Porterhouse, the menu for evening is a culinary masterpiece. Chalone Vineyards are famous for its Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc.
