The Saint James Events Center is a no-compromise location for your destination Charleston wedding reception, corporate conference, business training, or corporate function. Nestled amongst ancient live oaks on James Island, SC, the historic Saint James Church with its new Events Center is unmatched as a destination Charleston location for your event. Just minutes from the downtown historic district and area hotels, our meeting and reception location has 22,000 sq.ft. of total space, with a main room of approximately 9,000 sq.ft., which accommodates up to 550 people. There are several smaller rooms available for privacy or breakout sessions. The large open chamber can be converted in just minutes from a corporate meeting space to a banquet room, or a ballroom for a wedding reception. The entire location is fully handicap accessible with plenty of on-site parking and ramp access.
